The XPENG P7 AWD Performance review highlights a car that impresses with both performance and everyday usability. Powered by dual motors and delivering 348 kW (473 PS) and 757 Nm of torque, it rockets from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds. This car combines sedan elegance with EV power, offering an engaging drive.

Range is solid. A real-world estimate shows about 460 km on a full charge, with energy consumption around 180 Wh/km. In mild weather, it can stretch up to 655 km in city driving. Even during cold weather, combined-range tests suggest a still-respectable 390 km.

Charging is flexible and fast. You can recharge via a standard 11 kW AC charger overnight or fast-charge from 10% to 80% in just 26 minutes at 182 kW DC. This makes long trips practical and stress-free. The “1-Stop Range” benchmark supports nearly 600 km in mild conditions with only a 15-minute stop.

You also get V2L (vehicle-to-load) capability at up to 3.3 kW, letting you power external devices off the car’s battery—a valuable feature for outdoor activities or emergencies.

Safety is solid, with a Euro NCAP rating of 87% for adult occupants and 81% for children. That’s competitive for this class of EV. Structurally, the sedan sits on the XPENG SEPA platform, offering a low 1,450 mm height and a spacious 440 L trunk.

In summary, the XPENG P7 AWD Performance delivers a rare blend of raw speed, long-range comfort, and practical charging. Its smart features like eSIM connectivity, predictive maintenance, and enhanced safety measures make it a strong contender for anyone after a premium EV. It stands out especially against higher-priced competitors.
