Starting in early 2026, Jeep and Dodge EVs will be able to use Tesla’s Supercharger network. Stellantis, the parent company of both brands, announced that the collaboration will begin in North America, with Japan and South Korea following in 2027. This partnership offers more charging options for Jeep and Dodge EV owners, extending the reach of Tesla’s vast network.

Expanding Charging Options for Jeep and Dodge EVs

Stellantis’ decision to use Tesla’s Supercharger network will allow Jeep and Dodge EV owners access to more than 20,000 Supercharger stations across North America. This means faster, more reliable charging for customers. The Jeep Wagoneer S and Dodge Charger Daytona EV will be the first models to benefit from this new partnership. Stellantis also mentioned that other models, like the 2026 Jeep Recon, will follow.

The move to integrate Tesla’s charging infrastructure into Stellantis’ EV lineup will provide more flexibility for drivers. Stellantis emphasized that this collaboration will meet customer demands for better access to charging stations and more control over how, where, and when they power their vehicles.

Why Tesla Superchargers?

Tesla’s Supercharger network has become the industry standard in the U.S. The adoption of Tesla’s North American Charging Standard (NACS) plug will allow Jeep and Dodge EVs to tap into Tesla’s fast-charging network. This shift is part of a broader trend, as other automakers, such as Toyota, GM, and Hyundai, have already integrated the NACS plug into their EVs.

This collaboration is beneficial to both Tesla and Stellantis, making it easier for EV owners to charge their vehicles without worrying about limited charging stations.

The Timing of Jeep Dodge EV Charging Access

While Stellantis announced its plans to adopt Tesla’s NACS plug back in 2024, the timeline has shifted. Charging access will begin in early 2026, with the Jeep Wagoneer S and Dodge Charger Daytona leading the charge. The delay reflects Stellantis’ efforts to provide customers with better access to reliable charging stations.

The transition to Tesla’s network will give Jeep and Dodge EV owners the ability to use Superchargers. This will improve their overall EV experience, especially as the market continues to grow.

Looking Ahead: Jeep Dodge EV Charging

This partnership signals a promising future for Stellantis’ electric vehicles. By joining Tesla’s network, Jeep and Dodge EV owners will have access to fast, reliable charging stations. This will help address one of the main concerns for EV owners: range anxiety.

While Stellantis has not yet revealed all the details of the transition, it is expected that NACS adapters will be provided to Jeep and Dodge customers first. Then, newer models will be built with the NACS plug. This gradual rollout will make the transition smoother for existing and future EV buyers.
