The Dodge Charger EV 2026 is now available in a new four-door version, officially dubbed the world’s only four-door muscle car. This addition brings practicality to the Charger’s high-performance electric platform.
Unveiled in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, the new model joins the two-door variant in Dodge’s 2026 lineup. CEO Matt McAlear said the new Charger offers the same bold styling, muscle car performance, and all-wheel drive—but with added space and everyday usability.
Dodge designed the four-door version to retain the coupe’s aggressive look. It features a wide body, coupe-style roofline, and “hidden hatch” layout. The expanded cargo space tops out at 38.5 cubic feet—133% more than the outgoing model.
Inside, the cabin includes a 16-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come standard.
Both Charger Daytona Scat Pack versions—two- and four-door—offer drive modes such as Sport, Track, Drag, and Custom. They also feature Dodge’s Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust and a Powershot button that delivers 40 extra horsepower for 10 seconds.
Performance options include a Track Package with 16-inch Brembo brakes and red six-piston front calipers. Dodge says this increases brake area by over 30% compared to older SRT models.
Charging is quick too. With a Level 3 DC fast charger, the EV can charge from 20% to 80% in just 24 minutes.
Buyers can also choose new styling upgrades like gloss black hoods and Fratzog racing stripes. These are available for both coupe and sedan versions.
Dodge adds more value with a bonus. Every 2026 Charger purchase includes a free day at the Radford Racing School—Dodge’s official performance driving partner.
Each 2026 Charger EV delivers 670 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. The 0–60 mph time clocks in at just 3.3 seconds, rivaling the retired Hellcat Redeye.
While Dodge postponed the entry-level Charger Daytona R/T due to tariff reviews, the four-door model fills that gap well. It also broadens the Charger’s appeal to families and commuters.
Orders for the Dodge Charger EV 2026 are now open. Deliveries will begin later this year. To make room, Dodge is offering discounts up to $13,500 on remaining 2025 Charger Daytona models.
