Following this, Human Horizons introduced the HiPhi Z in November 2021, a luxury sedan with futuristic technology, and later released the HiPhi Z GT on March 31, 2022.
April 2023 saw the debut of the HiPhi Y, a large crossover positioned below the flagship HiPhi X. Concurrently, the company announced its expansion into the European market, starting with sales of the HiPhi X. In November 2023, Human Horizons introduced the HiPhi A, a high-performance variant of the HiPhi Z.
Financial Challenges and Bankruptcy: By early 2024, Human Horizons encountered severe financial difficulties, prompting drastic cost-cutting measures. The company closed major showroom locations in Chengdu and Guangzhou and suspended operations at its research and development center. In February 2024, Human Horizons announced a six-month suspension of all operations, including product development and vehicle production. Despite efforts to secure new ownership or establish joint ventures, the company was unable to recover. In August 2024, Human Horizons officially filed for bankruptcy, marking the end of its operations.
