Qualification Process
The qualification process for the tournament was unveiled at CAF’s headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, on 9 September 2024. The matches ran from 25 October to 29 December 2024, with Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia qualifying automatically. However, Libya later withdrew due to scheduling conflicts, reducing the number of automatic qualifiers.
